Bitwallet: Discontinuation Notice & Alternative Options

Bitwallet will be discontinued from all Brokeret CRM solutions on September 10, 2025. Learn why this change is happening and explore secure alternatives like Skrill, Neteller, AstroPay, Sticpay, AdvCash, and PayRedeem.

Introduction

At Brokeret, we continuously evaluate our integrated solutions to ensure that our clients have the most reliable, compliant, and efficient tools to manage their brokerage operations. Over the years, Bitwallet has been one of the available e-wallet payment integrations across our Forex CRM and back-office systems. However, due to ongoing technical difficulties and feedback from our client community, we are making an important change.

This post serves as a public notice that Bitwallet services will be officially discontinued across all Brokeret CRM integrations on September 10, 2025. From this date forward, Bitwallet will no longer be available as a payment gateway within our ecosystem.

Why We Are Discontinuing Bitwallet

This decision was not taken lightly. Bitwallet has provided services to many brokers and traders in the past, but several issues have emerged:

  • Technical limitations that affected integration stability.

  • Client feedback requesting removal due to inconsistent service.

  • Brand request to remove their logo and usage from external systems.

As a client-first company, Brokeret always prioritizes transparency. This change is being made at the request of our clients and in line with Bitwallet’s own requirements.

When Will Bitwallet Be Removed?

  • Final Date of Support: September 10, 2025

  • After this date:

    • Bitwallet will no longer be available as a payment method in any Brokeret CRM, Prop CRM, or Forex CRM integration.

    • Clients will not be able to onboard new accounts with Bitwallet.

    • Existing connections will be fully deactivated.

We strongly encourage clients to switch to alternative payment providers ahead of this deadline to avoid disruption.

While we are removing Bitwallet, there are several trusted alternatives that offer similar or even better e-wallet and online payment services. These options are widely used in the forex and prop trading industry, with proven track records for security, global reach, and compliance.

What Clients Need to Do

If you currently use Bitwallet within Brokeret CRM:

  3. Migrate client communications – Inform your traders about the change before September 10, 2025.
