Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to change anything on my MT5 server?
No. The terminal connects to your existing MT5 server through its standard API. Your server configuration, groups, accounts, and trading conditions remain exactly as they are.
Can traders still use the standard MT5 apps?
Yes. All accounts live on your MT5 server. Traders can use your branded terminal, the standard MT5 desktop app, or the official MT5 mobile app interchangeably. They all connect to the same account.
What happens if the web terminal goes down?
Our web terminal is hosted across multiple cloud servers in different regions. If one goes down, traffic is automatically routed to another. The terminal's uptime is tied to your MT5 server: as long as your MT5 is running, your traders can trade. In any scenario, traders can also fall back to the standard MetaTrader 5 applications.
How long does setup take?
Initial deployment takes as little as 2 business days after we receive your branding assets and server details. No downtime, no restarts required. Native mobile app submission adds 1-2 weeks for app store review.
Can I customize the terminal myself?
The standard plan includes our modern template with your branding applied. For custom layouts and designs, the Custom Design package ($10,000 one-time) gives you full design freedom from your Figma or Sketch files.
Is the data secure?
All traffic between the terminal and your MT5 server is encrypted via HTTPS and WSS. No trading data is stored by the terminal. Everything flows through to your MT5 server in real time. Authentication uses JWT tokens with configurable expiry.
How is chart data handled?
All tick and chart data is fetched directly from your MT5 server. We don't store any trading data. For historical chart data, we use a CDN-based caching layer: once any user accesses a chart range, subsequent requests are served instantly from our global data centers instead of hitting your MT5 server again. This means faster load times for your traders and less load on your infrastructure.
Do you offer MT4 whitelabel or MT5 whitelabel?
We currently offer MT5 white label terminals only. Our whitelabel trading platform is built exclusively for MetaTrader 5. MT4 white label support may be available in the future. Contact us to be notified.
Is this suitable for prop trading firms?
Yes. Prop firms running MT5 can use our white label terminal to give their funded traders a branded trading experience. All account types, leverage, and risk rules are controlled by your MT5 server. Nothing changes on the backend.
Can I add more brands later?
Yes. Additional brands can be added at any time at $500/brand/month. Each brand is an independent deployment that can be configured and launched within 1-2 business days.
What's included in ongoing maintenance?
Your monthly fee covers platform updates, security patches, browser compatibility fixes, MT5 protocol updates, and technical support. The terminal evolves with the web so you don't have to worry about keeping it current.
What about all asset classes?
Forex, metals, indices, commodities, stocks, cryptocurrencies, energies. If it's available on your MT5 server, it appears in the terminal with the correct contract specifications, digit precision, and trading hours.
